Project Management services include:
Land development and Planning
Our experienced team works on a day-to-day basis with landowners to accommodate their requirements. We have the expertise to progress efficiently throughout the planning process including preparation of construction and operational budgets.
Development
We build industrial and logistics facilities – big spaces with focus to small details. Working alongside customers every step of the way, our team aims to meet their business requirements, focusing on sustainable objectives where applicable.
Leasing, PR and property marketing
Ou focus is on build on experience in long relationships with tenants and leading agencies. Our management team works in close cooperation with the warehouse space leasing team to achieve the effect of synergy and build good relations with tenants. Meeting tenants’ requirements is possible through our cooperation with the Project Management team.
